Linear and panel ceiling systems.
Aluminum soffit and ceiling systems are the cleanest, most maintenance-free way to finish an exterior eave, drive-thru canopy, hotel porte-cochère, or interior architectural ceiling. Aluminum Ave supplies the full range — ventilated and solid soffits, linear plank ceilings, large-format panel ceilings, and acoustic systems — to contractors and builders across the United States.
Aluminum is the right material for these applications for three reasons. First, it doesn't rot, warp, or feed insects the way wood and fiber substrates do. Second, modern PVDF and sublimated woodgrain finishes deliver the warmth of natural materials with a 20-year color warranty. Third, our systems install on a concealed clip or hook-on track that keeps the finished face flush, fastener-free, and demountable for service access.
Ventilated soffit panels include engineered slot, micro-perforated, and full-perf options sized to the airflow your building envelope requires. Continuous net free area (NFA) is published per panel so your engineer can size soffit ventilation without guesswork — important for code compliance on residential and light-commercial construction.
Solid soffit panels deliver an uninterrupted, monolithic plane. They are the standard for high-end commercial entrances, retail awnings, restaurant patios, and modern residential overhangs. We supply solid soffits in sizes up to 5 ft × 12 ft with concealed attachment and matching trim for clean perimeter terminations.
Linear plank ceilings are a signature look for transit stations, lobbies, hospitality, and corporate interiors. Plank widths from 2" to 12" mount on a continuous carrier, with options for closed-joint, open-reveal, and varying-width compositions. Integrated reveals can carry recessed lighting, sprinkler heads, and HVAC diffusers without breaking the visual rhythm.
For interior environments where acoustics matter, our acoustic ceiling panels achieve NRC ratings up to 0.85 by combining a perforated face with a non-woven acoustic backer. They are the ideal upgrade over standard mineral fiber tiles in offices, restaurants, classrooms, and lobbies — providing the look of a designed ceiling and the performance of a tuned acoustic environment.
Every soffit and ceiling order includes a finish-matched perimeter trim package, suspension or hat-track substructure, and a panel schedule organized by elevation or room. Aluminum Ave coordinates with the architect, GC, and ceiling subcontractor to align with MEP rough-in and finishes schedules.
