Stock profiles & mill-direct shapes.
Aluminum Ave is a nationwide supplier of aluminum extrusions for contractors, builders, fabricators, and OEM manufacturers across the United States. Whether your project calls for stock 6063-T5 architectural shapes, heavy-wall 6061-T6 structural profiles, or a fully custom die for proprietary geometry, we deliver mill-direct quality with the lead times commercial construction schedules demand.
Aluminum extrusion is the process of forcing heated aluminum billet through a steel die to produce a continuous profile with a consistent cross-section. The result is a lightweight, corrosion-resistant, and strength-to-weight optimized building material that is easy to machine, weld, and finish. Aluminum extrusions are the structural backbone of modern curtain walls, storefronts, solar racking, transit, signage, and thousands of fabricated assemblies in commercial and industrial construction.
Our standard catalog includes angles, channels, square and rectangular tubes, round tubes, flat bars, and a deep selection of T-slot profiles in metric and imperial series. Stock material is held in mill finish, clear anodized, and black anodized, with extended lengths up to 24 feet for jobs requiring fewer splices and faster installation. For high-volume contractors and OEM accounts, we run scheduled releases with kit packaging and dropship logistics to job sites, distribution centers, or assembly lines.
Custom extrusion projects begin with our in-house engineering team. Send a sketch, a competitor sample, or a finished CAD file — we'll review draft, wall thickness, tongue ratios, and circumscribing-circle constraints, then quote tooling and per-pound material cost. Most custom dies cut in 4–6 weeks, with first-article samples for approval before full production. We support 6005A, 6061, 6063, and 6082 alloys with T5, T52, and T6 tempers depending on the strength, finish, and machining requirements of your application.
Finishing is fully integrated. We offer Class I and Class II clear and color anodizing, AAMA 2603, 2604, and 2605 powder coat, two-coat and three-coat PVDF Kynar 500 liquid paint, and decorative woodgrain sublimation in dozens of patterns. Architectural finishes carry warranties up to 30 years against chalk, fade, and film integrity — a critical spec on facade, soffit, and curtain wall systems exposed to UV and coastal environments.
What sets Aluminum Ave apart for U.S. contractors is logistics. Stock profiles ship from regional warehouses in 3–5 business days. Custom production runs are coordinated with your project schedule and broken down by submittal, mockup, and full-release phases. Every order ships with mill certifications, finish warranties, and CSI-formatted spec data ready to drop into your closeout binder.
Pricing is contractor-focused. We quote in plain mill-direct terms — no distributor markups, no hidden cut fees on stock lengths, and tiered pricing on volume releases. For large projects, we'll lock pricing through the bid window and stage material at a regional warehouse so your crew never waits on aluminum.
