Built to spec, shipped to site.
When stock won't do, Aluminum Ave designs, engineers, and manufactures custom aluminum components and systems for contractors, OEMs, and architects across the United States. Custom extrusion dies, 5-axis CNC machining, in-house finishing, and OEM production runs — all under one roof, with one project manager from kickoff to delivery.
Custom extrusion is the starting point for proprietary profiles. Send a sketch, a competitor sample, or a finished CAD file — our die engineers review draft, wall thickness, tongue ratios, and circumscribing-circle constraints, then quote tooling and per-pound material cost. Most custom dies cut in 4–6 weeks, with first-article samples for approval before production.
CNC machining handles the value-add steps that make a raw extrusion ready to install. Multi-axis cutting, drilling, milling, tapping, notching, and miter cuts are programmed from your CAD geometry and held to tight tolerances. Common output includes machined column connectors, bracket assemblies, custom mullions, and OEM frames.
Finishing is fully integrated. We offer Class I and Class II anodizing in clear and color, AAMA 2604 and 2605 powder coat, two-coat and three-coat PVDF Kynar 500 liquid paint, and decorative woodgrain sublimation. Color matching across components, finishes, and batches is standard so the assembled product reads as a unified system.
OEM manufacturing partnerships are how we serve high-volume customers — equipment manufacturers, signage producers, solar racking integrators, and modular building suppliers. We run scheduled releases with kitting, packaging, and dropship logistics direct to assembly lines or end customers. Quality systems are ISO-aligned with full traceability.
Engineering support is included on every custom project. PE stamps, NFPA 285 wall assembly guidance, fastener pull-out testing, and field-fit mockups are available as needed. Our engineers come from the building enclosure and OEM industries, so the conversation stays practical — focused on what works on the job site or production line, not just on paper.
If you have an aluminum problem nobody else wants to solve, send it to us. Custom is what we do.
