Cable tray, containment & rack frame extrusions for hyperscale.
Hyperscale data center construction is consuming aluminum extrusion at a pace the industry has never seen. Aluminum Ave supplies cable tray, ladder tray, hot/cold aisle containment framing, server rack profiles, and overhead bus bar housings for the colocation and hyperscale buildout — directly to general contractors, MEP design-build firms, and white-space integrators across the U.S.
Aluminum is the structural choice for data center white space because it is non-magnetic (critical near sensitive equipment), corrosion resistant (zero rust to drop into a server), lightweight (one third the weight of steel for the same load), and fast to install (no welding required). Our cable trays and containment systems install with bolt-together hardware, dramatically compressing GC schedules during a build-out where every day to RFS (ready-for-service) has measurable revenue impact.
Cable tray and ladder tray are our highest-volume data center products. Standard widths from 6" to 36" ship from stock; custom widths, depths, and rung spacings are quoted in 24 hours. We finish in mill, clear anodize, and black anodize for the visual aesthetic many hyperscale clients now require in their reference architecture.
Aisle containment framing — including end-of-row sliding doors, overhead transparent ceiling panels, and curtain-mount headers — is built from a custom extrusion family that snaps into 19" and 23" standard rack pitch. We integrate with all major rack OEMs and supply directly to containment system OEMs running scheduled releases.
For server rack OEMs, we run dedicated tooling for proprietary cabinet and frame profiles. Production scales from prototype runs to 100,000+ unit annual programs with full kitting, packaging, and dropship to your contract manufacturer.
Overhead busway housings, ATS enclosures, and PDU brackets round out our data center product line. If you're spec'ing or sourcing aluminum into a hyperscale or colo project, send drawings — we'll quote inside one business day with hyperscale-grade lead times.
